Welcome to TheLilyDrop. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

TheLilyDrop is an online platform that sells curated imitation jewellery, including handcrafted Turkish designs, minimalist pieces, and modular jewellery collections.
  • These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Use of Website

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or place an order.
  • You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its security, functionality, or performance.
  • You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Product Information

  • We strive to display product details, images, and colors as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item and discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing & Payment

  • In terms and conditions tab, change the last line. Payment methods accepeted include Credit/Debit Cards & UPI. 

Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement unless already shipped.
  • TheLilyDrop reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including stock issues or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • A full refund will be processed in case of cancellations initiated by TheLilyDrop.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–8 business days.
  • Delays due to external logistics partners, weather, or regulatory issues are beyond our control, but we will keep you informed.

Returns & Exchanges

  • In terms & conditions tab, change first line to-

  • We don’t take returns due to hygiene issues. 

  • For special cases, returns are eligible within 3 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
  • Refunds are subject to item inspection and approval.

  • All content, images, text, graphics, and designs on this site are the exclusive property of TheLilyDrop.
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
