At TheLilyDrop, we’re committed to delivering beautifully crafted jewellery from across the globe right to your doorstep — safely, swiftly, and with the care it deserves.
Order Processing Time
- All ready-to-ship products are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Made-to-order or limited-edition items may take 7–10 business days to be crafted and dispatched. Please refer to the individual product page for specific timelines.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
- Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 4–8 business days across India, depending on your pin code and courier availability.
- Remote or less-accessible locations may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Charges
- In shipping policy, fee of Rs. 99 will be charged at checkout.
Order Tracking
- As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link.
- You can track your order status anytime using the link or by logging into your account on our website.
Non-Delivery & Reattempts
- In case of missed delivery, our courier partner will attempt to deliver the package up to two more times.
- If the delivery fails after 3 attempts or the address is incorrect/incomplete, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
International Shipping
